Module 2

Quieten that critic, embrace that inner Mentor

Part 3

Meet the inner mentor – our constant inner cheerleader

Welcome to rise n’ Thrive!

We have a looked at the critical part of us in detail, but there are other parts of us too. Including the Inner Mentor. Let’s meet them

Inner mentor Visualisation

Inner protector, spirit, guide, call her what feels comfortable for you

The inner mentor is within you and you can connect with her through this audio visualisation. Repeat it every now and again, the more you practice building your connection with her, the easier it will be to tap back into her guidance and spirit

Think of her as another part of you, that one who has a fire in her belly and guides you to choices that supports you

They represent a source of inner wisdom, a fully expressed authentic version of ourselves, calm, love, safety, your soul/essence, the life you long to create. Speak to us through imagery, facial expressions, body language or the feelings she conveys.

The inner mentor isn’t a destination that we arrive at. She’s more like a well that we can draw from.

Check in with her for guidance, direction, validation and support.

Let yourself be pulled by this vision rather than pushed to achieve by familiar markers of ‘success’.
