It’s very natural for our thiking to shift throughout the day or around a topic but when we tunr into the kind of thinking we are operating through our day with, it can really help to observe if i this is useful for us. If it isn’t, we can look at ways to reframe it into something that is more useful adn will empower us to continue in our persuit of our goals and dreams.
