I’m so pleased you are here and brave enough to take a deeper look at your relationship with doubt. Here, we will be considering how our self-doubt can shape our actions and results. As we progress throughout the course we will look at how you can move forward with the doubt.
Take a deeper look at those inner critics – exercising the muscle of recognising, defining and understanding them. We’ll identify how we can differeniate those critical thoughts from the rational ones.
Explore the quieter but powerful part of ourselves – the inner mentor. We’ll discuss trusting our instincts, going inward for support, and strengthening our courage to take steps forward in our personal and professional lives.
