This October, in honour of World Mental Health Day, I’m offering Coaching for World Mental Health sessions. All proceeds will be donated to Mind UK, the mental health charity that’s been fighting for better mental health for everyone since 1946.

This initiative is about breaking down barriers to mental health support while funding vital services that save lives. It’s a way to prioritise your wellbeing while contributing to a movement that believes no one should face a mental health problem alone.

What is coaching and who is it for?

Never tried coaching before? You’re exactly who this is for.

Coaching isn’t therapy or counselling, it’s a supportive conversation focused on helping you move forward. Think of it as having a dedicated space to think out loud with someone who’s trained to ask the right questions and help you find your own answers.

In our 45-minute session, we might explore:
  • Challenges you’re currently facing and how to navigate them
  • Goals you want to work toward yet have been avoiding
  • Patterns or thoughts that feel keep you feeling stuck
  • New perspectives, unlock ideas and define practical next steps
  • Ways to make space for that forgotten idea, big change or dream
  • Your doubts, overwhelm and identify what it is you really want to do next

Or simply use it as a space to take stock of you thinking and be heard

  • Feels stuck or uncertain about their next steps
  • Wants to talk through challenges with someone neutral and supportive
  • Wants to build confidence or overcome self-doubt
  • Simply needs space to think and be heard without judgment
  • Is going through a transition (career, life, relationships)
