600+ hours Coaching

Trained as a coach
After following my creativity, I thought I needed a ‘proper’ 9-5 job and went into office work. I quickly realised it didn’t light me up and I was missing connecting with people, helping with their projects and learning.
I wanted to positively support people in following those ideas that feel ‘too big’. Now a transformational coach, this combines my creativity, intuitive empathy, lifelong passion for well-being and curiosity about productivity and how we practically work through self-doubt to move forward.

Opened a craft shop
When my grandad passed away, this was a new chapter. So I opened a craft shop. I attended many fairs, events and opened a shop in London, SE1. It was a fantastic experience. I learned so much about business and industry.
But it was tough on my own and due to a difficult location, less footfall and burnout, I closed it. After following my creativity, I thought I needed to get a ‘proper’ 9-5 job and went into office work. I quickly realised this didn’t light me up and I was missing talking to people, helping them with projects and learning.
Facilitation
I began to run craft workshops, courses and initiatives at local community centres. I often combined these with well-being as it has been a lifelong interest. I’ve run workshops at cafes, craft fairs, community centres, bespoke birthdays and for universities such as UCL and London Southbank University.
I love sharing these skills and seeing how people shape them with their own expertise, experience and flair.

Books, art shops, a carer
I worked in shops like Paperchase & Cass Art and trained as a book artist. I loved it, so I began teaching workshops and courses. Seeing people bring their ideas to life made me so happy.
I exhibited, and this book, based on ‘New Kraas Massakhah’ by LKJ, is part of the Tate Britain Book Arts Collection.
I spent a few years as a carer for my grandad, and my creativity was paused as I focused on his health.
Colour, imagination, mental health
I’ve always loved colour, creativity, and getting lost in my imagination. Colours really do make me feel good!
With a tough start navigating depression from childhood, an alcoholic parent and a very abusive relationship in my teens, I still found the drive to explore my creativity.
I went on to study Design, and I’ve always made things, from cards to upcycling furniture, jewellery, shoes—anything I can get my hands on!
